Mostly, headshots are tracked automatically if they are supported by the game. Only, the listed games on this page needs manual configuration.

To recognize headshots for the game Day of Defeat: Source it is required to add the following line to the end of the server configuration file "server.cfg":

1	mp_logdetail 3

Note: This option is setup automatically if rcon access is available. The configuration file should be adapted anyway to ensure headshots are always tracked, even if no rcon connection is available.

To track headshots in the game Counter-Strike 1.6 the gameME Plugin for AMX Mod X is required.
